Head of Sullivan Prep
Stepping into Sullivan Upper Preparatory Department has truly felt like coming home and it is a joy to welcome you to our wonderful school community. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the warmth, kindness and sense of belonging that defines Sullivan Prep.
As Head of Prep, my commitment is to lead with 'the gentle hand foremost' placing pastoral care, safeguarding and the wellbeing of every child at the very centre of school life. Ensuring that each pupil feels safe, known, valued and supported is fundamental to my work and it shapes every decision we make as a team.
I am excited to bring my experience in senior leadership, curriculum development and academic excellence to Sullivan Prep. My background as a former Ireland Women’s Hockey International has instilled in me a deep belief in resilience, teamwork and celebrating every child’s strengths. I am equally passionate about inclusion and SEN support; my commitment to meeting the individual needs of every child and ensuring that every learner is understood, encouraged and given the right opportunities to thrive is paramount.
It is a privilege to be a part of this exceptional community and I look forward to working closely with pupils, families and staff as we continue to build a nurturing, ambitious and joyful environment where every child can flourish. The future at Sullivan Prep is bright and I am thrilled to be a part of it.
